Unspeakable Oath ( www.tccorp.com/pagan/pp_annotuo.html ) is more of a gaming and fiction writing mythos mag, but often has fiction within as well as ideas for stories if you want to write your own...
www.cthulhusex.com/ is a magazine, defunct now I think(?), that had about 13 issues if I remember correctly...
I have heard about, but not checked out, Dark Wisdom Magazine ( www.darkwisdom.com/ )...
And of course there are piles and piles of mythos short story collections in book form, good stories, bad stories, and unspeakable abominations (good and bad)...
It seems that every other month a new Lovecraftian comic book comes out also, so, that may be an option if you just need a quick mindless distraction...
