so what is your greatest dilemna that the old ones could make easier?

Re: WWCD? (what would cthulhu do?)
Sat, May 2, 2009 - 10:40 PMActually, I put some of Cthulhu's wisdom into play not long ago.
I am a teacher. Recently I was covering a fellow teacher's class when an emergency reared its head. I had the kids working on an assignment, but they started to become loud and rowdy. Gentle remonstrations accomplished nothing.
What would Cthulhu do? He would use his sonic cry and drive most of the little monsters insane.
I lack an Old One's sonic cry, but my voice is still impressive. "WORK QUIETLY!" I shouted.
And they did!
Cthulhu would be proud. -

Re: WWCD? (what would cthulhu do?)
Sun, May 3, 2009 - 7:23 PMCthulhu could just come and eat everyone in my little town, and leave it to me afterward. after all, it is a pretty little place. and i would not mind him going to the courthouse and eating them too.

Cthulhu needs a peptalk
Tue, May 5, 2009 - 7:04 PMWow... you make Cthulhu sound incredibly... cliched. Poor old thing. He's stuck in a rut. He's not dead and dreaming; he's suffering from depression and can't drag himself out of bed.
I wonder how much Prozac we'd have to dump into the ocean to perk the old boy up and get him to rampage a little. Maybe we can feed him a line about H_____ taking over his territory and drag him to shore that way.
What would Cthulhu do? Kick H_____'s butt (er, butt-like area), that's what Cthulhu'd do. -
