Re: Movie Challenge
Tue, December 30, 2008 - 7:05 PMAny movie can be made better through liberal replacing of Cthulhu within the title...
Bedtime Stories becomes Cthulhu Stories, Back to the Future becomes Back to Cthulhu, The Spirit becomes The Cthulhu, Batman becomes Bat'thulhu....
Etc., ad nauseum, ad infinatum... -

Wed, December 31, 2008 - 9:32 PMLet's test that theory shall we???
The Princess Cthulhu.... just doesn't seem right. Actually, it sounds more madness inducing than French kissing the King in Yellow.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Cthulhu and Raising Cthulhu sounds rather charming actually. The Last Cthulhu-fighter?? Cthulhubusters? Cthulhuboy?

Re: Movie Challenge
Wed, January 21, 2009 - 9:09 PMAwww, you guys are taking the easy way out! Use the whole Lovecraft cosmology and some film titles past and present and you get some really cool possibilities!
"Eyes Wide Shub-Niggurath"
"Hastur is Born"
"The Deep One"
"The Skeleton Byakhee"
"Shoggothika"
Now these movies would make ol' Howard proud!

And I add a movie line;
As he points behind himself to the old crumbling house with nigh-unto-fallen gambrel'd roof,
Jim Carey intones, "...do NOT go in there!"
