Hey there, artist types
I am in need of your abilities to help me create a patch for my kilt apron. If possible, I'd like to have one to wear for the Highland Games still going on here in the WA / OR area. If possible for barter, I'd greatly appreciate it; otherwise, give me an estimate of what you'd be wanting to make one of these patches. I'd like the style to come out like one of those jacket patches that are about a foot squared that are seen on Levi's or leather jackets from Another State of Mind or Hot Topic.
I can supply materials; canvas,Krylon, whatever. Thanks in advance!

Sat, July 7, 2007 - 9:44 AMROFL!!! oh man
I fear anyone who'd dare kilt-check Cthulhu. Hmmmm, then again tentacle sex in anime gets kinda smooth after a while. I better quit while I'm ahead. -

Re: ISO: Kilted Cthulhu design
Thu, October 1, 2009 - 8:56 AMI never got around to the kilt patch, but I have a soft scult figure made; needs wings and claws, but the idea is there :) Was originally going to be a sporran piece, but it sort of developed on it's own...is that "Shoggoth The Brave" I hear in the background? -

Re: ISO: Kilted Cthulhu design
Tue, October 20, 2009 - 6:43 PMNot sure you want to sport the Cthulhu sporran - absolute horror is what awaits when you lift the hood...
Not exactly the reaction you might want from a sexy lass...then again...
I am just learning how to incorporate designs into my knitting, and can also do embroidery by hand etc, if you're still looking for a piece for next year, let me know. I can even do silk resist dyeing (like batik dyeing) which might work out well. -

This is the maximum depth. Additional responses will not be threaded.

Re: ISO: Kilted Cthulhu design
Thu, November 12, 2009 - 7:48 PMYou know, good point--Cthulhu needs a clan. The tartan was off of a schoolgirl skirt. -
